TMS was founded in 1933 as a news and features syndication company and has grown to become a major provider of entertainment information to media and technology companies around the world.

Daniel Kazan - CEO

Daniel Kazan, CEO

Dan serves as Chief Executive Officer of TMS. He also serves as Senior Vice President, Investments, for Tribune Company. As CEO of TMS, Dan has oversight responsibility for the company and its strategic vision. As Tribune Company’s Senior Vice President, Investments, Dan is responsible for managing Tribune’s acquisition, disposition and investment activities. He also manages Tribune's portfolio of joint ventures and investments, which includes such well-known companies as the Food Network, CareerBuilder and Classified Ventures, and several emerging companies. Dan also sits on the boards of directors of CareerBuilder,  Classified Ventures, Homefinder, Legacy.com, Perfect Market, Topix and quadrantONE.  Prior to joining Tribune in 1998, Dan was Vice President, Associate General Counsel of Metromail Corporation, a spin-off of R.R. Donnelley. Dan began his career as an associate at Mayer, Brown & Platt specializing in mergers & acquisitions, finance and corporate/securities law.  He holds a law degree from the University of Chicago.

John B. Kelleher - President / COO

John Kelleher is a 23-year veteran with TMS.  He has managed technology-oriented businesses throughout his career.  John has held several technical and operating management roles with full responsibility for core business functions including strategic planning, operations management, software and product development, sales and marketing.  He has been accountable for P&L performance in several roles for businesses in the start-up, turnaround and growth stages. John holds an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.A. in Computer Science & Mathematics from Ithaca College.

Rebecca Baldwin - VP / GM, Zap2it.com

Rebecca Baldwin

Rebecca Baldwin is Vice President and General Manager of Zap2it.com, overseeing site operations, strategic planning and product development for the TV and movie information web site. Before joining TMS, Baldwin was Director of Product Development at Tribune Interactive, where she led the launch of the entertainment site Metromix.com.  Baldwin joined Tribune Company as an editor at the Orlando Sentinel and later moved to the Chicago Tribune, where she edited the Arts & Entertainment and Style sections of the newspaper. A native of North Carolina, she holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Sheela Chandrasekhara - Director, Business Development

Sheela Chandrasekhara

Sheela Chandrasekhara is Director, Business Development for TMS. Sheela is actively involved in various strategic initiatives for the company, including organic growth projects, partnerships and M&A.  She provides key analytical leadership and support for the management team as well as research and analysis, financial modeling, cross-functional project management, and planning.  Prior to TMS she worked in the consulting industry for Booz & Company and Charles River Associates.  Sheela began her career in equity research following enterprise software companies.  She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. 

Lanna Langlois - VP, Finance

Lanna Langlois is responsible for the accounting, financial analysis and reporting functions for TMS. Her team’s responsibilities span the gamut from billing and collections to operational metrics to new business analysis. In addition to traditional finance functions, Lanna is responsible for TMS’ customer relationship management application, utilized by TMS’ Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance teams. Lanna was VP of Finance for TV Data Technologies, before that company was acquired by TMS. Prior to that, she was Director of Special Projects for United Media’s Licensing division. Langlois began her career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche and is a CPA.   She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and a Masters in Accounting from New York University.

Greg Loose - SVP, Product Development and International GM

Greg Loose

Greg Loose is Senior Vice President, Product Development and International GM for TMS. Greg oversees a team responsible for conceiving and launching products against the rigorous Stage-Gate product development lifecycle.  Using this disciplined approach enables TMS to launch core products like On® TV, Relay, and Online Video Data, among others, that currently serve customers.  Greg’s team also leads technical account management for TMS where dedicated professionals work with the largest customers to ensure their needs are addressed and incorporated into future product development cycles. Greg is an 11 year veteran with TMS. He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Shannon Oborne - VP, Marketing

Shannon Oborne, VP Marketing

Shannon is Vice President of Marketing with responsibility for the marketing and product management functions at TMS. She oversees a team that studies the needs of various market segments, determines effective product solutions and communicates the value of those solutions via multiple channels in global markets.  In addition, she manages the company’s brand identity and provides strategic direction for the TMS product roadmap. Prior to joining TMS in 2010, Shannon held leadership positions in the education finance sector. She is experienced with brand strategy, marketing execution and the full product life cycle, and has performed hands-on management for companies during their successful transitions from startup to national market leadership. Shannon is a graduate of Skidmore College with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Business.

Edwin Ong - EVP, Technology

Edwin Ong - EVP, Technology

Edwin Ong serves as Executive Vice President of Technology, responsible for driving overall technology strategy and execution. Edwin emphasizes innovation and speed in his leadership of the company’s technology teams in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. He is a successful technology entrepreneur who joined TMS in 2010 upon its acquisition of CastTV, a leading online video search company where he was co-founder and CEO. Edwin and his team built a profitable platform with a consumer destination that reached millions of consumers prior to its sale to TMS. CastTV's technology has since increased its impact by powering the services and products of leading MSOs and CE manufacturers. Previously, Edwin co-founded and served as CEO of FileFish, a pioneering cloud computing company that was acquired by Oracle. Earlier in his career, Edwin contributed to the growth of Internet pioneers CNET (now CBS Interactive) and DoubleClick (now Google) in product and technology roles. Edwin graduated with honors in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.

Kathy Tolstrup - SVP, Sales

Kathy Tolstrup heads up worldwide sales for TMS and its partners including Fandango and ScreenPlay. She directs all domestic and international entertainment data sales in Cable, Satellite, Consumer Electronics, Online, Mobile and Commercial markets. Responsible for driving the company's worldwide growth and leading its revenue strategies. Her background includes leadership roles in startups, and in both public and privately held companies. Kathy is a graduate of The University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Education.
