TMS has an Incoming Data Technologies team, whose primary responsibility is to collect listings schedules, log them into our system documenting the exact day, time and format in which they were delivered, and distribute the schedules to the appropriate Editorial staff. |

The most efficient means of delivery from a TV station to TMS is via email at tmschedule@tribune.com. It is very important not to address the email exclusively to the station’s assigned editor. Sending your e-mail exclusively to tmschedule@tribune.com is the most streamlined and efficient means of communication. If you have flexibility in the format in which you can deliver your data to TMS, please contact us directly so we can work together to define the most efficient format structure |

If you are sending updated information in the same format as the original, please clearly indicate the differences between the original and the updated schedule(s).
